About the Role Empower is expanding its Education Division and seeks an experienced school staffing recruiter to join the team. Key Responsibilities • Recruit and place school-based professionals with K-12 schools and districts across the country • Work with a variety of roles including SLPs, OTs, PTs, school psychologists, BCBAs, special education teachers, nurses, and paraprofessionals Requirements • At least two years of agency recruiting in school-based staffing • A demonstrable track record in placements, metrics, awards, or promotions • Ability to run a full desk from sourcing and screening through offer and start Benefits • Work from anywhere in the U.S. • Join a rapidly growing team where your work matters • Leadership with recruiting experience that understands strong performance
