About the Role We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in McKinney, TX. This role requires certification and experience leading multiple Agile teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead 3+ Scrum teams across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) • Coordinate cross-ART activities and manage risks • Communicate effectively with stakeholders • Apply strong technical knowledge in Mainframe, Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehousing, and QA Requirements • Professional Scrum Master III (PSM III) certification • Experience leading multiple Scrum teams in SAFe environment • Strong technical background in listed technologies • Leadership skills with potential to grow into Release Train Engineer role
