About the Role We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in a contract-to-hire position. This role requires strong Agile expertise and experience managing multiple teams. Key Responsibilities • Support Agile teams with 5+ years of experience • Manage 2–4 cross-functional Agile teams • Lead Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and retrospectives • Track and improve Agile delivery metrics • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • Experience managing multiple cross-functional Agile teams • Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile coaching, and SAFe methodologies • Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira AI, and Copilot • Experience with Sprint Planning, PI Planning, retrospectives, and Agile delivery metrics • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and SDLC • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • CSM, PSM II, or SAFe certification preferred • Retail experience in Customer Loyalty, Marketing Technology, or Customer Experience is a plus
