About the Role We are looking for an experienced Security Architect with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Saviynt, Delinea, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead the architecture and technical design of an enterprise identity governance program. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture discovery workshops across GCP, Saviynt, Delinea, and enterprise systems. • Design end-to-end identity governance solutions for human and non-human identities. • Develop Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle automation for GCP identities. • Design service account governance, including requests, approvals, provisioning, ownership, certifications, and decommissioning. • Integrate GCP projects, folders, groups, roles, memberships, IAM bindings, and entitlements with Saviynt. • Define governance models for service accounts, workload identities, automation identities, API identities, machine identities, and AI agents. • Design access certifications, privileged access reviews, audit evidence, compliance reporting, and least-privilege controls. • Implement Saviynt–Delinea integration for credential governance and GCP discovery. • Create architecture diagrams, solution design documents, data flows, interface specifications, and operational runbooks. • Support SIT, UAT, security validation, production readiness, deployment planning, and knowledge transfer. • Mentor engineering teams and resolve complex cross-platform technical issues. Requirements • Strong experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) or equivalent IGA platforms. • Hands-on expertise in GCP IAM, projects, folders, groups, roles, service accounts, and IAM bindings. • Experience with Delinea or comparable Privileged Access Management (PAM) and credential-vaulting solutions. • Identity lifecycle management and access governance. • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least privilege, access certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). • API integrations, connectors, workflows, data models, and cloud security architecture. Experience & Education • 10+ years of IAM or Security Engineering experience. • 3+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant qualifications as applicable.
