About the Role We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on driving full-cycle recruiting for high-impact U.S. hiring needs in the semiconductor industry. Key Responsibilities • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance • Build and execute recruiting strategies for semiconductor and technical roles • Source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray, and advanced sourcing techniques • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders as a trusted talent advisor • Maintain recruiting workflows and reporting within SmartRecruiters • Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations Requirements • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Proven semiconductor recruiting background • Experience hiring engineering, manufacturing, technology, product, or technical talent • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters • Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean and X-Ray search techniques • Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement abilities
