About the Role We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI capabilities that improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) automation, code assurance, and application security. Key Responsibilities • Build AI-powered, spec-driven development workflows that translate technical specifications into secure, verifiable code. • Develop security guardrails and verification mechanisms for AI-generated code. • Engineer AI agents and developer-assist skills for automated code review, security analysis, and release assurance. • Integrate AI solutions with source control, CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, identity platforms, and security scanning tools. • Implement agent tooling and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). • Optimize context windows, token consumption, latency, cost, and agent reliability. • Establish AI evaluation, testing, observability, and safety controls for production systems. • Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and leadership teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Requirements • Production-grade AI/LLM application development • Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar programming languages • Agentic AI, tool/function calling, and multi-agent orchestration • Context engineering, RAG/retrieval, grounding, and memory architectures • LLM evaluation, guardrails, reliability, and token optimization • API design, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations • CI/CD, secure software development, and scalable system design
