About the Role We are looking for Senior BI & Analytics Engineers at PureLogics. This role focuses on migrating Salesforce case records, transforming data using Python, and ensuring accurate data delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Migrate existing Salesforce case records into a new case structure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Extract data from Snowflake, transform it using existing Python translation scripts, and load it into Salesforce. • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and transformation. • Support Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet business and operational requirements. • Work with dbt and ELT workflows to support reliable and scalable data pipelines. • Use Tableau to develop and maintain dashboards, calculated fields, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions. • Support automated data delivery through APIs, SFTP, and related integration mechanisms. • Collaborate with the client's data team to troubleshoot issues, resolve data discrepancies, and meet delivery timelines. • Track tasks, progress, and blockers through Jira while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. • Follow applicable data privacy and security requirements when handling sensitive healthcare information. Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in BI, data analytics, analytics engineering, or a related field. • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse. • Proficiency in Python scripting for data transformation and processing. • Practical experience with Salesforce data migration, data loading, reports, and dashboards. • Working knowledge of dbt, ELT workflows, and data integration tools such as Fivetran. • Hands-on Tableau experience, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, and dashboard development. • Experience with API-based and/or SFTP-based automated data delivery. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
