About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and MGA experience to support a Sure Commercial implementation. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements Requirements • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong Commercial P&C insurance knowledge • Hands-on understanding of the MGA business model and end-to-end underwriting lifecycle • Experience with broker submissions, underwriting appetite, eligibility, rating, quote/bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations • Experience implementing or working with commercial insurance platforms • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules • Experience with platform configuration, integrations, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution • Strong client-facing communication and Agile/Scrum experience Preferred Qualifications • MGA, specialty insurance, or program administration experience • ISO/Verisk, RAS, or external rating engine integrations • REST APIs, JSON/XML, data mapping, and SQL • JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Postman
