About the Role Cognisap is seeking Senior Citrix Engineers to lead technical delivery, modernizations, and enterprise-scale implementations. This role focuses on architecture, design, and complex migrations rather than day-to-day ticketing. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, upgrade, and optimize large-scale enterprise CVAD and hybrid Citrix DaaS / Citrix Cloud environments • Plan and execute workload/user migrations between CVAD Sites, including pilot waves, testing, and rollback strategies • Lead PVS and MCS image lifecycles, reverse imaging, OS upgrades, and VMware Tools integration • Configure StoreFront, Workspace app integration, and optimize user profiles using Citrix UPM and FSLogix containers • Manage GPOs, Active Directory/IAM architectures, multi-domain trusts, DNS, Kerberos, and Entra ID SSO integrations • Conduct deep root-cause analysis across Citrix, VMware vSphere/vCenter, networking, and Windows ecosystems Requirements • 6+ years of enterprise Citrix engineering experience in large-scale environments • 5+ years of hands-on Citrix infrastructure build/migration experience • 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity • Deep expertise in PVS, MCS, StoreFront, UPM/FSLogix, Active Directory, GPO, VMware vSphere, and Entra ID SSO • Strong capability to produce architecture standards, runbooks, and lead cross-functional technical teams
