About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in analytics, measurement, attribution, and data visualization to drive customer insights and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Develop KPIs, measurement strategies, and analytics frameworks • Build impactful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable business insights • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders • Optimize campaigns and improve business performance • Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences Requirements • SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical analysis • Tableau, Looker, and Metabase • Data modeling, measurement, and attribution • Apache Spark, Spark SQL, and PySpark optimization • Dashboard development and data storytelling • Excellent communication and client-facing experience • Relevant AdTech industry experience is mandatory. Candidates must have specific industry-domain experience in AdTech, particularly in measurement, attribution, and campaign analytics. • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
