About the Role We are looking for experienced Senior Data Engineers with strong expertise in Python, Airflow, data engineering, Salesforce Data 360, and AI/ML. Key Responsibilities • Build agentic AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, enrich, and distribute third-party data • Manage data egress from Salesforce Data 360 to Salesforce CRM and other destination systems • Discover high-priority business use cases and deliver an initial Proof of Concept (POC) • Productize and scale AI agents to reduce manual checks and operational effort • Build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines • Develop custom ETL workflows using Python, SQL, and orchestration frameworks Requirements • Strong Python programming and complex ETL development • Apache Airflow and Informatica • Salesforce platforms, Data 360, and Salesforce data models • Snowflake, SQL, and dbt • AWS/GCP and distributed or event-driven architectures • Data warehousing, data modeling, data quality, and pipeline monitoring • LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini • Prompt engineering and AI application development • Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen • Vector databases: Pinecone, Chroma, or Milvus • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
