About the Role We are looking for experienced Senior Java Backend Developers to join Walmart's team. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance backend applications. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable, high-performance backend applications • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Work with microservices architecture and event-driven systems • Utilize cloud technologies for deployment and scaling Requirements • 7+ years of experience with Java • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud • Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs • Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Redis • Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud technologies • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of OAuth2 and JWT for authentication • Strong system design and distributed systems knowledge
