About the Role We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team for a 6-12 month contract. This role requires expertise in Spring Boot and microservices to build scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot • Develop REST APIs and microservices • Ensure strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge and query optimization • Implement unit testing, integration testing, and contract testing • Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using Datadog and Splunk • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies Requirements • 7+ years of professional software development experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices • Experience with enterprise application design, OOP, and full SDLC • Strong SQL/NoSQL database knowledge and query optimization • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, unit testing, integration testing, and contract testing • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle • Production monitoring and troubleshooting using Datadog and Splunk • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
