About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in modern .NET technologies and enterprise application development for a contract position in the banking and financial services domain. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using C#, .NET 8, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core MVC • Develop REST APIs and microservices • Work with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript for frontend development • Optimize SQL Server databases and write efficient stored procedures • Apply SOLID principles, DDD, and design patterns • Utilize Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms • Implement CI/CD pipelines and perform unit testing with NUnit • Modernize legacy .NET applications Requirements • 8+ years of experience with .NET technologies • Strong background in enterprise application development • Experience with banking/financial services domain is preferred • Knowledge of AML, FATCA, CRS, or Tax Reporting regulations is a plus • Experience with WinForms/WPF modernization is preferred • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development is a plus
