About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of software development experience to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in either Angular or React.js for frontend development, along with backend skills in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Angular or React.js • Develop reusable frontend components, services, and state-management solutions • Build backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API • Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices • Optimize frontend performance, application responsiveness, and user experience • Work with SQL Server, stored procedures, and database optimization • Implement application security, authentication, and authorization • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis • Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders Requirements • 12+ years of overall software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API • Strong, recent hands-on experience in Angular or React.js — mandatory • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience building complex, responsive, production-ready frontend applications • Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and performance optimization • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations • Strong SQL Server and database development skills • Experience with Azure or AWS • Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical ownership Important Candidate Criteria • Angular or React must be a strong hands-on skill, not just exposure • Candidates must have actual frontend development and coding experience • Backend-only .NET developers are not suitable • Candidates should be comfortable working in a W2 contract role in Newark, NJ
