About the Role We are looking for a Senior PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Oracle HCM to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining PL/SQL programs and optimizing Oracle database performance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs • Optimize Oracle database performance • Support HCM integrations and data-related processes • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Work with business and technical teams to deliver reliable HCM solutions Requirements • 7+ years of relevant experience • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL • Expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and performance tuning • Strong experience with Oracle HCM • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS • Good understanding of HCM data models, data migration, and integrations • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
