About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL development, database performance tuning, and Oracle HCM integrations. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers • Optimize Oracle database performance using effective SQL and PL/SQL tuning techniques • Support integrations with Oracle HCM systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to databases and HCM modules • Work with Oracle HCM data models and support data migration activities • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS implementations, enhancements, and support • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve complex database and integration challenges Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL • Expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers • Experience in Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HRMS • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data models • Experience with data migration and integrations • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
