About the Role We are actively hiring senior technical experts to drive database architecture, enterprise data modeling, cloud collaboration platforms, and complex middleware integrations for mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities • Architect and develop complex Oracle database solutions, sophisticated stored procedures, functions, and triggers • Optimize high-volume, performance-heavy SQL queries and manage large-scale database migrations • Perform deep database performance tuning, execution plan analysis, indexing, and advanced table partitioning • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for complex OLTP systems and enterprise data warehouses • Build highly optimized dimensional models (Star/Snowflake schemas) using ERwin, PowerDesigner, or Hackolade • Establish Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks, data dictionaries, and enforce strict enterprise data governance • Architect and develop custom enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), React, and TypeScript • Lead complex migrations from legacy on-premise SharePoint environments to Microsoft 365 • Design robust automated workflows and integrations utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API • Architect and deploy highly scalable Enterprise Application Integrations (EAI) using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x) and TIBCO EMS • Design fault-tolerant middleware solutions and event-driven architectures for high-volume systems • Optimize complex message routing, publish-subscribe models, and deploy secure REST/SOAP web services Requirements • Strictly 12+ years of experience in relevant technical domains • Valid visa status (H1B) with DOB between 1980 to 1993 • Contract-to-hire or W2 contract availability for 12+ months • Experience with multiple technologies including PL/SQL, Data Modeling, SharePoint, and TIBCO
