About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer with strong COBOL/Mainframe expertise to support key technology initiatives in the banking and credit card processing domain. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain Mainframe applications • Perform coding, debugging, and unit testing • Review functional specifications and technical designs • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions • Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions Requirements • 5+ years of recent hands-on Mainframe Development experience • Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 • 3–5+ years of significant Credit Card Processing experience • Strong understanding of SDLC, application development, testing, debugging, and production support • Experience must fall within the specified recent experience periods Nice to Have • Control-M and Debit Card Processing • ISO 8583 Messaging • Settlement & Reconciliation • Batch Posting and Authorization Processing • Completion & Non-Financial Transactions • Tokenization • Spanish & English bilingual skills
