About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role requires hands-on development and architecture experience with the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Customize ServiceNow UI, workflows, business rules, and integrations • Ensure applications are upgrade-safe • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and architecture experience • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise • Experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM • ServiceNow UI customization, workflows, business rules, and integrations • Experience developing upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory Preferred Qualifications • CIS certification in any ServiceNow module • Higher education industry experience • Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades
