About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement ServiceNow AI and Now Assist capabilities • Design GenAI use cases for case summarization, knowledge generation, virtual agents, and task automation • Build AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation solutions • Integrate external LLMs and AI services with ServiceNow • Develop prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions • Configure AI governance, monitoring, and security controls • Identify AI opportunities with architects and business process owners • Drive AI adoption, business productivity, and measurable business value Requirements • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and Conversational AI • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI Agents • Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflow automation • Python and AI framework knowledge is preferred Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ServiceNow AI Certifications • Azure AI or AWS AI Certifications
