About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered capabilities within ServiceNow. This role focuses on enabling intelligent automation and business productivity through AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement ServiceNow AI and Now Assist capabilities • Design GenAI-driven use cases for case summarization, knowledge generation, virtual agents, and task automation • Build AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions • Integrate external LLMs and AI services with ServiceNow • Develop prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions • Configure AI governance, monitoring, and security controls • Support AI adoption and business value realization • Collaborate with architects and process owners to identify AI opportunities Requirements • Experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and Conversational AI • Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents • Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations • Understanding of workflow automation and ServiceNow platform architecture • Python and AI framework knowledge preferred Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, ServiceNow AI Certifications, Azure AI or AWS AI Certifications.
