About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in support of a USAF program. This role provides hands-on technical leadership across multiple platform areas. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions • Provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple platform areas including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine • Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant delivery aligned with federal and DoD requirements • Design and oversee integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes • Lead platform governance, ensuring alignment with best practices and federal security standards • Guide developers and administrators on technical design, configuration, and implementation • Produce and maintain technical design documentation, architectural diagrams, and configuration standards • Work closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to support roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery Requirements • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus • Experience with ServiceNow platform areas including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine • Strong understanding of integration using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes • Experience with platform governance and alignment with best practices and federal security standards • Ability to produce and maintain technical design documentation, architectural diagrams, and configuration standards • Experience working with Program Managers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders • Knowledge of federal and DoD requirements
