About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role focuses on enterprise application development, platform customization, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize ServiceNow platform • Implement integrations and REST APIs • Lead technical aspects of projects • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship Requirements • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years with App Engine Studio and scoped applications • Experience with UI Builder, Configurable Workspace, UI Policies, and Client Scripts • Knowledge of Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, and Scripted REST APIs • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/JSON integrations • Understanding of ACLs, role-based access controls, and platform governance • Experience with Agile delivery, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring Preferred • ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications • ITIL experience
