About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development, platform integrations, and custom application solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications • Build scalable, secure, and maintainable custom solutions • Support platform upgrades, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release governance • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Mentor developers and promote platform development best practices Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development • 3+ years of experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio, scoped applications, and platform APIs • Server-side scripting: Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs • GlideRecord, query optimization, and transactional logic • Flow Designer, reusable actions, subflows, and automation • Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, and Client Scripts • ACLs, role hierarchy, access controls, and platform security • REST API integrations, JSON, and IntegrationHub • Platform Analytics, dashboards, and reporting • Platform governance, upgrade-safe development, and technical documentation Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent ITSM experience
