About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications • Build scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe custom applications • Develop integrations and workflow automation solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver technical solutions • Review code, enforce development standards, and mentor developers • Troubleshoot production issues and support platform upgrades Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development • 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments • Experience with Server-Side Scripting – Script Includes, Business Rules & Scripted REST APIs • Knowledge of GlideRecord & Query Optimization • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Subflows & Reusable Actions • Understanding of Configurable Workspace & UI Builder • Experience with ACLs, Role-Based Access Control & Platform Security • Skills in REST Integrations, JSON & IntegrationHub • Knowledge of Platform Analytics, Indicators & Dashboards • Understanding of Platform Governance, Upgrade Compatibility & Performance Optimization Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent ITSM experience
