About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing scalable ServiceNow applications and building role-aware user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications • Build role-aware user experiences using UI Builder and Configurable Workspace • Develop REST integrations, automation workflows, and platform APIs • Ensure security, access controls, coding standards, and platform governance • Participate in Agile ceremonies, change reviews, and release management • Mentor developers and troubleshoot production issues Requirements • 15+ years of experience in enterprise application development • Strong expertise in platform governance and integrations • Experience with technical leadership • ServiceNow Development & Custom Applications • App Engine Studio & Scoped Applications • ServiceNow CSA / CAD Certifications • ITIL / ITSM Experience • UI Builder & Configurable Workspace • GlideRecord, Script Includes & Business Rules • Scripted REST APIs, REST Integrations & JSON • Flow Designer & IntegrationHub • ACLs, Security & Platform Governance • Agile / Scrum & Sprint-Based Delivery • Code Reviews, Mentoring & Technical Leadership Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years of App Engine Studio and Agile delivery experience • CSA, CAD, and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
