About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise application development, platform integrations, and App Engine Studio. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications • Implement platform integrations and custom applications • Write server-side scripts using Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs • Optimize GlideRecord queries • Utilize Flow Designer, Configurable Workspace, and UI Builder • Implement REST integrations and work with IntegrationHub • Ensure proper ACLs and platform governance • Follow upgrade-safe development practices • Participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, and technical mentoring Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development • 3+ years with App Engine Studio and custom application development • Strong server-side scripting skills • Advanced GlideRecord and query optimization • Experience with Flow Designer, Configurable Workspace, and UI Builder • Knowledge of REST integrations, IntegrationHub, and JSON • Understanding of ACLs, platform governance, and upgrade-safe development • Experience with Agile delivery, code reviews, and technical mentoring Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, or ITIL 4 Foundation.
