Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications • Build integrations and automate workflows • Configure modern workspaces and portals • Optimize platform performance and implement AI-driven solutions Requirements • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development & ITSM • Experience with UI Builder, Service Operations Workspace & Employee Center • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub & MID Servers • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs & Flow Designer • Experience with GenAI, Now Assist & Virtual Agent • Mandatory: Clone & Upgrade, Health Assessment, and UI Builder experience
