About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, and SSO • Design and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions • Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to Agile delivery processes Requirements • 8–12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD • Expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer • Experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Service Portal • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, and SSO • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions • Knowledge of conversational workflows, NLU models, and self-service automation • Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-driven workflow automation • Strong troubleshooting, technical design, and Agile delivery skills • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred
