About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a contract position. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in custom application development and various ServiceNow tools. Key Responsibilities • Develop custom applications using ServiceNow platform • Work with App Engine Studio and UI Builder • Implement Scripted REST APIs and integrations • Maintain platform governance, security, and architectural best practices • Participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, and developer mentoring Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development • 3+ years of experience with Configurable Workspace and UI Builder • 3+ years of experience with Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub • 3+ years of experience with platform governance, security, and architectural best practices • 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery, code reviews, and developer mentoring • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, ACLs, and Flow Designer Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM experience • Experience with Platform Analytics, performance optimization, and ServiceNow upgrades • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
