About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a contract position. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications • Build scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance • Support platform upgrades, release governance, and documentation • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams • Mentor developers and maintain coding standards Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development • 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio & Custom Application Development • 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Experience with Server-Side Scripting: Script Includes, Business Rules & Scripted REST APIs • Knowledge of GlideRecord, Query Optimization & Transactional Logic • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Reusable Actions & Subflows • Understanding of ACLs, Role-Based Access Control & Platform Security • Experience with Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, Client Scripts & UI Policies • Skills in REST APIs, JSON Integrations & IntegrationHub • Knowledge of Platform Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting • Experience with Platform Governance, Technical Documentation & Code Reviews Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ITIL 4 Foundation
