About the Role The ServiceNow Developer will serve as a technical contributor responsible for the design, development, and support of enterprise ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. This role partners with product owners, service managers, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities • Collaborate with product owners, service managers, and technical teams • Ensure adherence to platform standards, governance, and best practices • Mentor other developers Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments • 3+ years building and supporting custom applications using App Engine Studio • 3+ years working within Agile or sprint-based delivery models • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ITIL® 4 Foundation (or equivalent ITSM experience) Preferred Skills • Strong experience with server-side scripting, including Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs • Advanced proficiency with GlideRecord, query optimization, and transactional logic • Experience with Flow Designer, including reusable actions, subflows, and orchestration patterns • Solid understanding of ACL design, role hierarchy, and access evaluation order • Experience designing and supporting Configurable Workspace and UI Builder-based experiences • Familiarity with Platform Analytics, including indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards • Experience with REST-based integrations and data exchange using JSON • Strong documentation skills, including technical design notes and implementation guidance • App Engine & Custom Application Development • Workspace & UI Configuration • Integration & Automation • Agile Delivery & Collaboration
