About the Role We are actively looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, SPM, ITAM, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, integrating asset management systems, optimizing CMDB data quality, and driving software/hardware compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM solutions • Configure HAM Pro & SAM Pro modules • Build integrations with enterprise platforms • Optimize Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management processes • Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, and Flow Designer solutions • Build dashboards, reporting, and compliance analytics • Support Agile delivery and production environments Requirements • 12+ years of Overall IT Experience • 8+ years of ServiceNow Development Experience • Strong hands-on HAM Pro & SAM Pro experience • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
