About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Engineer with hands-on experience to implement Now Assist Agentic use cases. This role focuses on MCP and A2A architectures integrated with platforms like Copilot. Key Responsibilities • Support several experimentations in ServiceNow AI implementations • Help inform the agentic roadmap for the Digital Front Door (DFD) initiative • Work with Now Assist Agentic use cases and integrate with platforms such as Copilot Requirements • Experience with ServiceNow AI and Now Assist Agentic use cases • Knowledge of MCP and A2A architectures • Familiarity with platforms like Copilot • Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM
