About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Gen AI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on deploying and configuring Now Assist and AI capabilities across ServiceNow instances. Key Responsibilities • Deploy and configure Now Assist and AI capabilities across ServiceNow instances • Translate AI architecture blueprints into platform configurations, integrations, and workflows • Prototype AI use cases and measure adoption and automation outcomes • Troubleshoot configuration conflicts, data gaps, and AI activation issues • Work with AI Transformation Architects on implementation roadmaps, sprint plans, and go-live activities • Conduct customer workshops, technical enablement, and hands-on training • Support responsible AI practices, data privacy, and enterprise AI governance Requirements • 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation • Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM, and DevOps • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities • Experience with AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, and AI Search • Proficiency in Task Intelligence and Document Intelligence • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Generative AI • Experience with AI-powered workflow automation and enterprise AI adoption • ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub skills • ServiceNow Studio IDE and APIs knowledge • Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience • Minimum 2 active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred Ideal Candidate A hands-on ServiceNow professional with strong Gen AI implementation experience, customer-facing consulting skills, workflow automation expertise, and the ability to drive AI adoption.
