About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Gen AI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions using GenAI technologies • Work with Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, and AI Search • Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow CIS certifications Requirements • 7+ years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience • Hands-on experience with Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, or AI Search • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and ServiceNow workflows • At least two active ServiceNow CIS certifications • Strong customer communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
