About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GenAI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow implementation and AI-powered workflow automation. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI-powered workflow automation solutions • Configure and deploy ServiceNow AI features including Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, and Task Intelligence • Integrate ServiceNow with various systems using APIs and Integration Hub Requirements • 7+ years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience • Hands-on experience with Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, or Task Intelligence • Mandatory experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM, and DevOps • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Studio IDE, and Automated Test Framework • Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering • Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer-facing consulting skills
