About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow GenAI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and deploying AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deploy Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or related AI capabilities • Work with CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM, and DevOps • Utilize Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and AI adoption Requirements • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform • Hands-on deployment of Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or related AI capabilities • Experience with CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM, and DevOps • 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications • Strong skills in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, AI adoption, and customer enablement
