About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise infrastructure discovery and CMDB solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise infrastructure discovery and CMDB solutions • Optimize cloud and on-premises environments • Ensure CMDB data quality and asset inventory Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Service Mapping, and automated asset discovery • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS preferred) • Infrastructure integrations, scripting, and automation • Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud technologies • 8+ years of relevant infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering experience Preferred • ServiceNow, ITIL, or cloud certifications • Experience with JAMF, SCCM/MECM, and AI asset governance
