About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Developer for a remote position in the USA. This role requires extensive experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management and related technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions • Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro • Work with CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, and asset lifecycle automation • Utilize Integration Hub, REST APIs, Glide APIs, and JavaScript • Handle software license optimization, compliance, and third-party integrations Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM experience • Strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro • Experience with CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, and asset lifecycle automation • Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, Glide APIs, and JavaScript • Experience with software license optimization, compliance, and third-party integrations • Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS – SAM and/or HAM, ITIL Foundation v3 or v4
