About the Role Aspirox Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a technically strong ServiceNow Lead Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and TPRM implementations. Key Responsibilities • Participate in ServiceNow IRM and TPRM implementation projects • Configure and develop applications, workflows, and integrations • Build and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer solutions • Develop REST/SOAP integrations and support Integration Hub • Support Risk, Compliance, Audit, Controls, and Vendor Risk Management processes • Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support • Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities • Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders • Deliver scalable solutions following ServiceNow best practices Requirements • 7–10 years of overall experience • 1–3 years of relevant experience in IRM/GRC and TPRM • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred Certifications • CIS – Risk & Compliance (IRM) • CIS – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) • CIS – ITSM • Micro-Certifications in Flow Designer, Integration Hub & Platform Security
