About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, configuring, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow SPM solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow SPM solutions • Work on Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Agile Development • Configure Resource Management, Financial Planning, intake workflows, and financial tracking • Develop portfolio health dashboards, roadmap planning, funding models, and strategic objectives • Automate portfolio and project management processes using AI-driven solutions • Support platform upgrades and follow ServiceNow development best practices • Leverage Generative AI, Now Assist, and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting • Apply responsible AI practices with appropriate governance and human oversight Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 2+ years of ServiceNow SPM design and implementation experience • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Hands-on expertise in enterprise workflow automation and integrations
