About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Developer with experience in Agentic AI to join our team for a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications • Implement ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, or SAM solutions • Utilize Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration tools • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and CMDB • Integrate Now Assist, GenAI, or Agentic AI technologies Requirements • 3–6 years of ServiceNow Development experience • Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript • Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, or SAM implementation • Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and CMDB • Exposure to Now Assist, GenAI, or Agentic AI • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory Preferred • ITAM Implementation Specialist or CAD certification
