About the Role We are seeking a Siemens Teamcenter PLM Project Manager to lead end-to-end PLM program delivery. This role involves managing Teamcenter implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollouts across various business units. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end PLM program delivery, including Teamcenter implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollouts • Drive project planning and governance, managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, vendors, and system integrators • Translate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee execution with development and configuration teams • Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes to ensure timely mitigation and project stability • Drive PLM process alignment across business units, including BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and Product Data Management • Oversee testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and hypercare to ensure smooth go-live and user adoption • Establish and monitor project KPIs for delivery quality, cost, schedule, and resource utilization • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, executive reporting, status updates, and dashboards • Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize PLM value realization
