About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and GAIA GKP infrastructure to join our banking technology team. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using AWS and GAIA GKP • Manage infrastructure deployment, configuration, and operational activities • Monitor application and infrastructure health • Troubleshoot production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Implement automation to improve operational efficiency • Support application deployments, releases, and production changes • Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams • Ensure compliance with banking security standards and change management policies • Participate in on-call support and production incident resolution Requirements • Banking / Financial Services domain experience is mandatory • Strong AWS and GAIA GKP infrastructure experience is mandatory • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment • Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in Columbus, OH
