About the Role We are seeking a Snowflake Data Engineer Lead with extensive experience in healthcare to join our team. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, administration, and data engineering practices. Key Responsibilities • Lead data engineering initiatives using Snowflake platform • Design and implement robust data warehousing solutions • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines • Ensure data quality, performance, and security • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platforms • 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake and administration experience • Strong expertise in Snowflake Architecture and Administration • Proficiency in Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling • Advanced SQL skills • Experience with ETL/ELT Pipeline Development • Knowledge of Performance Tuning and Cost Optimization • Understanding of Snowflake Security and Governance • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms • Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Python, Terraform, Bash, or other automation tools • Snowflake Horizon, Cortex AI, Snowflake Data Sharing • SnowPro Core Certification
