About the Role We are seeking a SOFICO Miles QA / Test Analyst with 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or business analysis. This role requires hands-on SOFICO Miles experience and focuses on supporting end-to-end QA and testing within the platform. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end QA and testing within SOFICO Miles • Design, prepare, and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate UAT with business stakeholders • Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and testers to investigate and resolve defects • Guide testers on SOFICO Miles processes and workflows • Translate business requirements into test scenarios and validation criteria • Align testing with business expectations and project deliverables • Improve testing methodologies, QA processes, and quality standards • Coordinate testing across business and technical teams Requirements • Mandatory: Hands-on SOFICO Miles experience • 5+ years in QA, software testing, or business analysis • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design, execution, and defect management • Experience supporting or coordinating UAT with business stakeholders • Ability to translate business/functional requirements into test scenarios • Ability to guide testers on SOFICO Miles workflows • Strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Good written and spoken English
