About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on COBOL/Mainframe expertise and recent experience in banking applications, particularly within the Credit Card Processing domain. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications • Review functional specifications and technical design documents • Perform coding, debugging, and unit testing • Participate in architecture and code reviews • Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues • Maintain technical documentation and follow established development standards • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams Requirements • 5+ years of recent hands-on Mainframe Development experience within the last 10 years • 1–2+ years of recent Banking Industry experience • 3–5+ years of Credit Card Processing experience, including application development and support • Strong understanding of SDLC, coding, debugging, testing, and production support • Mandatory Technical Skills: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2
