About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, and automation. The ideal candidate will drive engineering modernization, improve developer productivity, and build scalable enterprise-level platforms and applications. Key Responsibilities • Improve CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, and software delivery practices • Design reusable frameworks, internal platforms, APIs, and developer tools • Drive cloud-native modernization, automation, and AI-assisted engineering initiatives • Build scalable applications, distributed systems, and enterprise services • Support DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform engineering initiatives • Contribute to architecture, security, scalability, and system reliability • Collaborate with engineering, product, platform, and architecture teams • Mentor engineers and promote software engineering best practices Requirements • Strong programming experience in C#, Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript • CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools • Cloud platforms – AWS and/or Azure • Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code • Scalable applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Platform engineering and developer productivity tools • DevOps automation and modern SDLC practices • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
